6 - RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

6.1. PROVISION OF RESOURCES


The management of IKL realize it is a vital aspect to maintain and provide good human
resources management to ensure :
a. Continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System
b. To ensure Customer satisfaction by meeting Customer requirements.

6.2. HUMAN RESOURCES


6.2.1. GENERAL
Each member of staff should have proper know how, skill, experience and competent
to ensure production of high quality product.
To acquire and improve personnel capability, appropriate training will be prepared
according to the training assessment need.

6.2.2. COMPETENCE, AWARENESS AND TRAINING


To achieve the objective as mentioned in Para 6.2.1, the following activities will be
taken:
a. Determine the competence criteria of personnel performing activities affecting
product quality.
b. Provide a training program or other action based on the training need assessment
to fulfill the requirement personnel’s competence.
c. Evaluate the effectiveness of the carried out training program.
d. To ensure that the personnel are aware of the relevance and importance of their
activities and how they contribute to the achievement of the quality objectives.
e. Maintain appropriate records of education, training, skill and experience from each
individual member of staff.

6.3. INFRASTRUCTURE
The Director, the Senior Operations Manager, and the Business Affairs & Administration
Manager to determine, provide and maintain the infrastructure needed to achieve conformity
of product requirements, such as :
a. Building, workspace and associated utilities.
b. Process equipment (both hardware and software), and
c. Supporting services (such as communication).
It is the responsible on Business Affair and Administration Manager to prepare maintenance
plan for infrastructure and required record.

6.4. WORK ENVIRONMENT


The management of IKL consider that the work environment and safety of its operation are
major part of its responsibilities and to properly discharge these responsibilities, the following
policy has been established.

Conformity to product requirement shall be achieved in conjunction with a good and effective
accident prevention practice based on interracially accepted codes and practices.
All local government legislation will be considered as minimum requirements IKL will take all
reasonable steps within its power to meet its managerial responsibilities playing particular
attention to the provision of:

a). Plant, equipment and system work, that they are met the Health and Safety requirements.
b). Safe arrangement for the handling, transport and storage of articles and materials.
c). An appropriate, convenience and safe place to work.

These requirements shall be made known to all person involved on the quality system, project
and shall be met as apriority.
