Background:This research paper studies the types of leadership that

leaders outside and inside the Philippines uses. As time passes by teachers
and educators were slowly forgetting some of the type of leader they
should be because of constantly changing and evolving of the human need
to learn and strive to learn and discover new things that humans haven't
been able to reveal. That’s why we need to broaden our mind of what it
can do and what impact it can do. Within this research study readers will
know how this different types of leadership affect how a society function
based on the research we conduct which was a combined integrated
research.
Purpose:The purpose of this is to broaden the information and knowledge
the readers have and to explain it to the readers what effects this types of
leaders have on our society as well as the impact it can make if teachers
and educators use them as a practice.
Methods:To attain the goal of this research we conducted a research
to answer the objective
of this study which is to know which of them is more predominant.I
conducted a survey with a minimum of five respondents through Google
form.com.the questions I ask is the factors influencing customer’s
choice ,challenges they encounter so that I can analyze what are the
reasons for them to decide which of the two is more predominant.
Results:as a result on question number one most of the respondent voted
for the quality of the product, second question has a tie because they have
the same vote from the respondent.which is the store hours inappropriate
to your schedule and it is risky for others to for the reason it is crowded.
Conclusions:
In this research the readers will know some of the famous leaders
outside and inside the Philippines the demonstrate the types of leadership
and in this research there are some of the its positive and negative effects
that impacts how a group works together which impacts the result for their
goal and also how this types of leadership help some well-known educators

to know how to handle different situations and scenarios that helps them
manage their classroom well.

Leadership is one of the most important predictors of An organization or company's
success or failure. A leader's leadership style is how he or she directs and motivates
others.They lead to attain organizational objectives .Also in this study The impact of
