Based on the informations/datas that we gathered during scouting of venues. The CSSC

officers particularly the assigned committee/s come up with the following

suggestions/solutions/interventions:

1. For us it is ideal to conduct the Academic Convocation via online through Facebook Live (pre-recorded).
In the afternoon which is the Freshmen Day we will conduct it Face to Face at CMC (Quadrangle).
2. If we push to conduct the Face to Face Academic Convocation we have to options or suggestions such as:
- AMAS PROVINCIAL GYMNASIUM and
- PAVILION

Considering the pros and cons of the above mentioned.
