SPECIAL CASES

In special cases where candidates express a desire to run for office

despite being in their fourth year of study, they are expected to manage their
internship duties effectively. To ensure the appropriate balance of
responsibilities, it is recommended that the candidate draft a letter of
commitment addressed to the Director for Student Affairs and Services. This
letter will serve as an assurance that the candidate will fulfill their obligations
for the desired position.

Furthermore, it is imperative that candidates fully devote themselves to

their elected roles without any concurrent engagement with other student
organizations.

The purpose of these requirements is to ensure candidates' focused

responsibility, allowing them to carry out their functions and responsibilities to
the fullest extent possible.
