namely: ALEX R. YURONG; DULCE R. YURONG; ANALLY Y. BANGCUYO; CHARISSE JEAN YURONG;
ABIGAIL ANN Y. LAYUGAN; ANTONIO R. YURONG; ROLLY R. YURONG; JENETH Y. MACALISANG; FELAN
R. YURONG, all of legal age, Filipino and residents of Tuod, Manticao, Misamis Oriental by virtue of this
instrument do hereby NAME, APPOINT and CONSTITUTE LOIDA L. MANAAY also of legal age, Filipino,
widow and a resident of Cagayan de Oro City to be our true and lawful attorney-in-fact for us and in our
name, place and stead, to do the following acts namely:

1. To sign and process any papers, request and receive documents in relation to the
transfer of all parcels of land indicated by virtue of Extra-Judicial Settlement with

2. To transact to any government agencies like Land Bank of the Philippines; Bureau of
Internal Revenue; National Irrigation Administration; Department of Agrarian Reform;
Assessor’s Office; Register of Deeds and other government instrumentalities for the
success of the aforementioned;

3. To perform every acts and things proper and necessary whatsoever requisite to carry
out the above purpose.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do
and perform all every act requisite or whatever necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority as
fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally present, and;
