    Respected sir,

    I’m from BS 3rdth section B. My name is Malaika Shahzadi , having Roll no

    (20021554-039) . Respected Sir , i want to freeze my 4 th and 5thsemester because I am suffering

    in foot disease which has been diagnosed by doctors known as vival wount .Due to this

    diseases I cannot be able to stand on my foot . So my doctor suggests me to operate my foot as

    soon as possible because my foot problem is very serious. My doctor give me date of foot

    surgery ( 19-May-2022) at Thursday . And Doctor asked me after my operate I could not be able

    to walk or stand on my foot for 2 months. Otherwise my operate has damage my foot. If

    university requires my reports then I also provide my reports. So I requested to you please

    freeze my semester so that I could operate my foot and take care properly my foot …I shall be

    very thankful to you for this favor please freeze my semester as soon as possible.
