Total eleven (14+) years working experience since I graduated from university which below roles:

- Three (3) years in field service engineer for Bio-Rad Laboratories

- Seven (7) years in project and commission engineer.
- Three (3+) years in field operation engineer (Instrument and Electrical engineer)
- One (1) year in improvement execute

I have experience with both electrical and instrument system such as: Fire and gas, process
instrument, wellhead control panel (WHCP), firefighting, metering, auto-sampling, motor control
central (MCC), gear unit, motor, heat tracing, distribution board, transformer, diesel generator,
navigation aids, gas turbine (Solar Turbine), Gas compressor... Familiar with Siemens PCS 7 and
AB Contrologix 5000.

I’m also professional in computer skill (Microsoft office, AutoCad, Application software) and
proficient in English.

PROJECT / WORK HISTORY

 From July 2020 until now: Instrument improvement executive (See detail below)
 Collect data to review and development of long-tem maintenace consist of predictive
maintenance, preventive program of instrument equipment.
 Yearly budget and manage budget as plan
 Conduct failure analysis and investigation for major failure of equipment to find out the root
cause & countermeasure
 Monitor and execution for all findings from troubleshoot equipment.
 Provide technical support, guidance to maintenance, opreational personnel on euipment
issue
 Conduct MOC (management of change) as asignment
 Invole with other group to to conduct improvement activity such as TPM, 5S
