POSITION ROLES
 Should be p.6 or year 5
HEADBOY/HEAD GIRL  Promote academic excellence, sports and
other co curricular activities and maintain
it
 Represent the school
 They should be a good role model to the
younger students
 Present the students concerns to the
school administration
 Promote good relationship among the
student leaders
 Co ordinate prefects activities
 Give presentations /speeches on
assemblies.
 Be punctual on daily routine
 Knowledgeable in the current and ancient
affairs of the world
 Always observe the school rules and
regulations
 Be able to work independently without
supervision

ASSISSTANT HEADBOY/HEAD GIRL 

 Take the place of the head boy /head girl
in their absence. They assume all the
duties of the head.
 Assist the head discharge the assigned
duty .
ACADEMIC PREFECT  Can be year 3,4,5 or P.4, 5, 6
 Promote academic excellence
 Promote the importance of focus , effort
 and aiming for excellence academically
 Develop and promote academic support
programme to assist students achieve
their potential
 Organize and promote class events with
academic themes e.g. spelling bee, science
and math weeks.
ENTERTAINMENT  Can be from year 1,2,3,4 ,5 or P.1,2,3,4,5,6
 Responsible for every entertainment
programme that takes place at school
 Organize the time schedule for the terms
entertainment programmes
 Organize shows for students to show case
their talents
 Organize educational and sensitization
programmes and film shows for students
to enable them have fun and reduce
everyday stress of students
 Always dressed in full school uniform
SPORTS  Can be from Yr 1,2,3,4,5 / P.1,2,3,4,5,6
 Responsible for every sporting activity that
takes place in the school and outside.
 Organize galas and competitions among
classes
 Seriously participate during the interclass
competitions
 Organize fun activities during circle time
 Supervise break time games.
DISCIPLINE  Should be from yr 3,4,5/ P.3,4,5,6
 Ensure that school rules are adhered to by
learners
 To be involved in solving indiscipline cases
among peers
 Ensure students uphold all the values
