THE PROPOSED SITES FOR THE COCONUT FARMERS AND INDUSTRY
DEVELOPMENT PLAN (CFIDP)

You are directed to allow your staff, whose names appear below, to validate, geo-
reference and map the proposed CFIDP sites by the Philippine Coconut Authority at
Pamplona & Sanchez Mira, Cagayan and City of Ilagan, Isabela on August 22-25, 2023.
Attached is the specific site details and contact numbers of the Farmers’ Cooperative
Associations (FCA) president for your reference.

The activities aim to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data, gather spatial
information with geographic coordinates, and facilitate efficient communication of
spatial data. This effort will enhance decision-making, foster a better comprehension of
geographic phenomena, and the creation of effective and sustainable solutions across a
diverse array of applications.

Travel expenses, food, and lodging will be funded under the DA CFIDP trust fund, in
accordance with existing accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
