This is a fixed schedule from Monday to Thursday.
Morning Routine and Prayer Time: 7:50 a.m.
Class begins at 8:00 a.m. in the assigned classroom.

1 DAY ACTIVITY DAY / ASYNCH DAY

This is every Friday, as scheduled.
Morning Routine and Attendance Checking: 7:50 a.m.
Dismissal time depends on the duration of the activity.

WITH PROVISION TO
HYFLEX LEARNING
In the full face-to-face
learning modality, the students,

classmates, and teacher will meet and interact on a

daily basis in a specific physical learning environment.
This means that students are given 4 days for face-to-
face classes (onsite classes) through knowledge
building, skills enhancement, laboratory activities,
competency-based classes, reinforcement classes,
remediation, intervention programs, and culminating
activities, and 1 day for intervention or remediation,
culminating activities, club or organization, training
seminar, tech projects, and other developmentally
appropriate activities.
 Asynchronous learning will still
LEARNING serve as a breather for the
students, thus taking care of their
MODALITY? well-being by doing task(s) at
their own pace, time, and space.

There are no virtual classes for the next academic

year. Asynchronous or virtual sessions are only for
other activities, such as programs and projects, or
when a need arises. MS Teams will be used, and
class links will be provided as the need arises.

What is the situation with Hyflex Learning?

This means that flexibility will prevail for
students who will not be able to regularly
attend the face-to-face classes. These
students are those with medical conditions,
who are living abroad, or who have other
reasons that require online distance learning.
 What if I have a medical
condition? Or my house is outside
the Laguna Province, or I am

You will be advised to talk to the Basic

Education academic leaders because they
are willing to give you a specific learning
modality that fits your current condition of

Dependent Learners (Kindergarten to Grade 4 students)

Students who require more assistance from the support system (teachers,
parents/guardians, and the Letran support system) can also be classified as dependent
learners. Students in grades 5 through 10 who have special needs, learning difficulties,
or behavioral conditions can also be classified as dependent learners.

Independent Learners (Grade 5 to Grade 10 students)

Students who can take responsibility for their own learning are those who can take
initiative and make good decisions without much assistance or help from teachers.

 WHAT IF I AM
NOT VACCINATED?
You can still participate in the Full Face-to-Face
classes if you have a Parent’s Consent (Forms for
parents will be provided by the Basic Education
office). Likewise, you must follow the school
safety measures related to COVID-19 prevention.

What about the food?
You are required to bring your own food
and food container. However, to fully
assist your family, if you can’t prepare
your food for the day, there will be
assigned canteens or kiosks (with
certain guidelines to follow).
 CAN I BRI NG MY OWN GADGET FOR LEARNI NG?

Depending upon the situation.

Gadgets must be in offline
mode when not in use. This
must be on airplane or silent
mode inside the classroom.
A gadget is only allowed inside
the classroom with the teacher's
permission.
It must be used for
academic purposes only.

If you intend to rent a school service, you may have your

own school service because Letran Calamba has no
accredited school service company as of the moment.
However, if you want us to assist you in the said matter,
we will ask the respective office to assist you.
