ENGAGEMENT REQUEST WITH HONEYWELL AEROSPACE

Referring to the subject above, we are from Airborne Sentinel Sdn Bhd, Malaysia is in our
highest interest to form an engagement with Honeywell Aerospace.

2. Airborne Sentinel Sdn Bhd is a company that focuses on empowering the Aerospace
and Defence Technology in Malaysia, consisting of the young and exuberant team which are
aviation passionate and subject matter experts from respective fields combining more than 15
years’ experience in Aerospace and Defence industry. In addition, we are in the advantage of
having a close relationship with the Honourable Prime Minister of Malaysia, The Minister
of Defence and The Minister of Economic Affairs. Furthermore, our company has
collaborated with the Ministry of Defence, Malaysia (MINDEF) for multiple projects related
to Aerospace and Defence Technology.

3. It came to our attention that the details provided in Honeywell Aerospace profile that
Honeywell Aerospace is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the
global Aerospace and Defence Industry. We will be entering the project tender with the
Ministry of Defence, Malaysia (MINDEF) to do a Modernization Avionics Upgrade
Program (MAUP2) for Lockheed Martin C-130H Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF). This
project sparks our interest in having a collaboration with Honeywell Aerospace along with its
known capabilities, a very comprehensive portfolio and expertise to solve customer's needs
and to meet the rapidly evolving global market demand. In addition, partnering with one of the
industry leaders helps magnify our organization's internal expertise and skills.

4. We are looking forward to building a valuable sustained engagement with Honeywell

Aerospace through this project. We are aware that our Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) has
sent out an RFI letter to Honeywell Aerospace for the C130 Modernization Avionics Upgrade
Program. RMAF has also sent out the RFI letter to several other international companies
asking for specs, ROM, etc. But eventually, the procurement by the Malaysian Government
will be done with a condition that a local partner must be appointed to participate in the tender
process.

5. As mentioned by our Prime Minister, Malaysia aims to be the leading aerospace

nation in the ASEAN region and to enter the global market by 2030. So, with all due
respect, we are proposing a collaboration with Honeywell Aerospace. We hope that you can
consider our request and are willing to explore the possibilities for us to work together on that
project. It would be wonderful if you can release a support letter to us Airborne Sentinel Sdn
Bhd so that we can participate together in the tender process at a later stage. I assure you
that if we are given this opportunity to collaborate with you, we will work really hard to secure
this contract in a few months from now. In this collaboration or partnership, our role will be as
the collaboration partner, handling all matters related to local industry needs and to ensure
the Industrial Collaboration Program (ICP) which is mandatory with the Malaysian Government
can be executed effectively. The areas that need to be covered in the ICP are Economic
Enhancement Programs (EEP), Counter-trade, Off-sets, and also the Transfer of
Technologies (TOT). We’ll also play our part as the local partner in handling the Project
Management & Consultation (PMC) to smoothen up our working relationship with the
Malaysian Government. Honeywell Aerospace will play the big role as a Solutions Provider
and Integrator (SPI). We will ensure by this engagement, all matters and bureaucracy in
Malaysia are properly managed so that the project execution will be smooth and can be
complete on time. This will benefit both sides and further strengthen the relationship between
Honeywell Aerospace and Malaysia.
