RE: SUBJECT (FINAL DEMAND NOTICE)

We are writing to acknowledge and respond to your letter dated May 15, 2023, regarding the
subject mentioned above. We would like to inform your department that during our last desk
review in the year 2020 with your officer, it was communicated that the company in question
has been non-operational due to various internal constraints.

As a result of these challenges, we have temporarily halted our operations until further notice.
Given this background, it has come as a surprise to us to receive your recent letter. We would
like to take this opportunity to reiterate that our company is still not operating and will remain
so until we provide further notice. We kindly request that your office is updated once again
with this information.
