Safety, Health and Environment Policy Statement

KOMBAN (WILD ELEPHANT CO LTD) Company is fully committed to safety and considers it of utmost importance
in its daily operations and activities. It is our policy to provide and maintain a safety program consistent with the best
practices and standards of the Industry and of its clients.

We strive to prevent injury and ill health, to protect employees in Occupational Health & Safety measures, and to assure
continual improvement in Occupational Health & Safety management system & its performance.

For the compliance of this policy we will,

» Provide and maintain a safe healthy workplace.

» Provide adequate instruction to employees to work safely and efficiently.
» Provide and inspect the use of safety equipment.
» Counseling to promote safe working practices and work systems.

We will comply and put into practice all applicable Saudi Arab Government loss prevention, health, and sanitation
regulations, requirements and standards on and management requirements and the Saudi Arabia Government’s Safety
at Work and Industrial Safety, Environment and Occupational safety Regulations.
