Welcome home to M Residences! A few friendly reminders:

1. Room keycard will be deactivated on the day of rental due and reactivates when you have settled
your monthly rental dues on time. Keycard is free of charge. Lost keycard = Php 500.00
2. Monthly Statement of Account (SOA) shall be sent to you via email with email address provided.
(For any changes in your personal information, it is your responsibility as the tenant to update the
Admin Office. Otherwise, admin is not responsible for any unreceived notice.)

b. Late payment fee of Php 1,000.00 after the rent due date. Admin Office is open to accept
payments even on holidays except on December 24-25, 30-31 and January 1. Office hours are
from 8AM – 5PM.
3. Highlights of House Rules:
a. Curfew time: 11:00pm to 5:00am
b. No Cooking, No Smoking, No Vaping, No Alcohol
c. Garbage Disposal Rule – There is a garbage bin per floor. Dispose it there. Violation shall
sanction Php 1,000.00
d. Littering on common area shall incur sanction of Php 1,000.00
e. No Visitors allowed during any form of Community Quarantine.
f. Study Area occupancy will be restricted on times of pandemic that require social
distancing, open from 10am to 10pm only.
g. Wear your face mask at all times.
4. In case of Emergency: there are oxygen masks provided. Located at the upper modular kitchen
cabinet.

immediately.
