The positivism for stress can reduce illnesses in the future if you think that
stress is not harmful. According to researchers, scientists said people believe that
stress is bad, but the mind can change the results. Stress can beneficiate people
in memory and help them to become stronger person.
Stress can improve memory if people learn to cope with it. For instance,
people are stressed out because they are under pression do excellent jobs or
projects. According to research, it shows short-lived stress in rats causes the
increase of stem cells in brains. In animals that help to improve the scape from
predators. Therefore, people in short-lived stress can increase stem cells in their
brains and achieve to improve their memory weeks later, because the response
of the body to stress is the production of stem cells. People who manage stress
when live a short stress can improve their memory.

Dealing stress can become a stronger person. For example, a person, who
believes that stress is not bad, can achieve all their dreams , also can handle it
and can be more confident. In addition, some people, who have had experiences
before, believe that can manage stress and their bodies show a good response. It
is also about early experiences in life. According to researchers, perception is
important to manage stress. Research by Rachel Yehuda said: “Holocaust
survivors have increased levels of stress hormones”. The early experiences of live
can be an important factor to have some perception about stress. However,
having strong relationships, doing exercise and practicing yoga can help to
manage stress. So, people need know how to manage stress in order to reduce it
and become a stronger person.

In conclusion, stress can be positive in important situations if we know to


cope with it. Finally, I would like to invite you to think more about stress, and
change your ideas about it. If we change our idea, we might can have a good
response in our brains and thoughts. As a Louis Holtz said: “It's not the load
that breaks you down, it's the way you carry it”.
