This is a joint message from Tadak CEO Seung-ho Choe and Spark! CEO Alice Nguyen. Wi
th our recent collaboration between the two companies going well, we feel as though it i
s appropriate to make this significant decision and change to our companies. We would lik
e to formally announce the end of the collaboration between Tadak and Spark! and intr
oduce our new joint-venture as a single company, Tapa. Tapa will be our new social medi
a platform that merges the communities from both Tadak and Spark! in order to create
a single, global community.

We felt that it was essential for our two companies to reflect the values that we have a
bout our social media platforms, so a combination of the two companies into a single ent
ity was the natural solution. Under a unified banner, our two companies will be working m
ore closely than ever before and representing a single social media brand. With Tapa, we
hope to become a household name in both the Philippines and Korea simultaneously. Rat
her than diluting our audiences with two social media platforms, this new single platf
orm will allow for all of our users to build a community on a shared platform.

More information about this transition will be provided in the coming weeks. We just
wanted to thank you all for your hard work, and we hope you understand and are looking
forward to our new beginnings as a unified team under the name, Tapa.
