This is with reference to advertisement no. AIIMS-BLS(B-I)(2)(5)(Vol.-II)/21-1052
dated 14th June 2023 and Corrigendum No. AIIMS-BLS(B-I)(2)(5)(Vol.-II)/21-1255 dated
30th June 2023 for faculty posts at AIIMS Bilaspur H.P.
Following points of Corrigendum is hereby amended with the approval of the
Competent Authority: -
Refer to Corrigendum even no. 1255 Para no. 2 In this regard, it is to be noted
that if suitable candidate (s) is (are) not found for the posts of Additional
Professor/Associate Professor in the departments mentioned below, the post may be
filled up as Assistant Professor in their respective category as advertised. Therefore,
candidates having eligibility for Assistant Professor may also apply in the below
mentioned departments: -

Should be read as
If suitable candidate(s) is (are) not found for the posts of Additional
Professor/Associate Professor, these posts will be filled up by lower cadre in their
respective category as advertised in Corrigendum For example, post of Additional
Professor (OBC) in Department of Anaesthesia. As such candidates having eligibility
for lower cadre (Assistant Professor) may also apply in Departments which are
mentioned below. The post of Professor in a Department shall not be downgraded and
will not be filled by lower cadre. It is further clarified that downgrading of Additional
& Associate Professor post shall be done and be filled at the level of Assistant Professor
as a temporary measure. Applicants who wish to apply against the downgraded post
must indicate the same in their application form.
