GROUP CFO

The CFO will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial health of the group and its subsidiaries,
providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring effective financial management and controls.
The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in finance, exceptional leadership
capabilities, and a deep understanding of the marketing industry.
Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the overall business objectives
of the Marketing Agency Group and its subsidiaries.
• Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning to drive sustainable
growth and profitability.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights to support
informed decision-making.

2. Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly,
and annual financial statements, to the executive leadership team and the Board of
Directors.
• Analyze financial data to monitor performance, identify trends, and assess financial
health.
• Implement financial metrics to measure the effectiveness of various business initiatives
and ensure optimal resource allocation.

3. Cash Flow Management:

• Oversee cash flow planning and management, ensuring the availability of funds to
support day-to-day operations and strategic investments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions to secure favorable
financing and banking services.

4. Risk Management:
• Implement and maintain effective risk management practices to safeguard the financial
assets and interests of the Marketing Agency Group and its subsidiaries.
• Stay updated on industry and regulatory changes, making necessary adjustments to
financial strategies and compliance practices.

5. Mergers and Acquisitions:

• Provide financial expertise and due diligence support for potential acquisitions, mergers,
and divestitures.
• Assess the financial viability and impact of potential growth opportunities.

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and
professional growth.
• Recruit, train, and retain top financial talent to support the organization's long-term
objectives.

7. Compliance and Governance:

• Ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements, including tax, audit,
and reporting obligations.
• Maintain the highest standards of financial integrity and governance throughout the
organization.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's
degree or MBA is preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and a track record of success in financial planning, analysis, and
reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and tax laws.
• Demonstrated experience in managing finances for multiple subsidiaries or business
units.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate
across departments and levels.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, especially with financial institutions
and key stakeholders.
• High level of integrity, ethics, and accountability.
