Executive Summary
Our business idea is about producing milk-based protein with different flavors of
good quality and sell edible products like milkshakes, cookies or brownies.
Protein or fitness products in Ecuador are very scarce, which is why many people
choose to buy these products online, another problem is the issue of money, since
these products are quite expensive, our solution is to create our own national
protein brand and manufacture edible products based on this protein and sell
them at a more affordable price.
The product has very interesting characteristics such as rich flavors and not so
high a price. the benefits will be that you will get stronger and bigger. It is for all
people who go to the gym and want to be more muscular
Our sector will first be a web site and then with a higher budget we will set up a
local. and we will try to put many franchises in the country before
internationalizing
Market Plan
- Market Overview
Although new technologies make it easier than ever to host meetings or events
remotely, this industry is experiencing a resurgence of interest. More people and
brands prefer live experiences over screen-based opportunities, which means
more audience connections are possible.
Forty seven percent (47%) of event planners say having more clients would help
them advance their career more efficiently, which is equal to the number of people
who say an emphasis on better personal branding would help.
