MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON NOVEMBER 22, 2022 @ 9:00 AM AT THE

PRINCIPAL’S OFFICE ON ASSESSING LEARNING NEEDS

In a meeting held on November 22, 2022, at 9:00 am at the principal’s office, the
following transpired:

1. The meeting started after Dr. Rosalina Panganiban called my student to give an
assessment.

2. The meeting started at precisely 9:10 am in the morning together with our principal,
Mrs. Marifi C. Gualberto.

3. After giving an assessment to my student who was in Grade 5 for almost 3 years. Dr.
Rosalina Panganiban called some of my co-teachers, Mrs. Maribel A. De Leon, Mrs.
Apple Saavedra, and Mrs. Agapita Tolentino.

4. Dr. Rosalina Panganiban explained and discussed to us how important to apply more
strategies and interventions to our students who need further assistance. Assessing
learning needs helps us to understand what they really need to learn.

5. Preparing his own materials and activities is our first step. Assessing his improvement
may lead us to more ideas to think of more techniques and exercises exercise his
weaknesses and support his strength.

6. She also explained that in this kind of situation, parents should be involved and have
the idea by telling it in a proper way.

7. Lastly, she explained that even if we/one of us can encounter a learner that needs to
give more assistance should not burden the teacher's goal to teach because both
learners and teachers can learn from this situation. By better understanding the
learners’ situation we can help them to become more engaged, motivated, and
autonomous in their learning.

Master Teacher II

In a meeting held on _______________ at 3:00 pm at the principal’s office, the

following transpired:

1. The meeting started at exactly 3:15 in the afternoon after the teachers’ class.

2. There were primary and intermediate teachers who attended the meeting.

3. Mrs. Maribel De Leon first discussed the proper ways to prepare for a test like the TOS
and test questions.

4. She discussed that designing and creating questions or organizing a test question that
is based on the curriculum guide and standard will be a great help to evaluate the
learners’ performance.

5. The teachers gave suggestions, opinions, and clarifications in creating and organizing
test questions.

6. Lastly the assigned teachers per grade level were given a schedule when to monitor
and check the teachers’ prepared test questions.

7. The meeting adjourned at 4:20 pm.
