When the battery pack is in the closed / dormant state, use

the multimeter to measure the battery pack voltage is about 24V,

which is the virtual voltage;

When the battery pack is in working state, measure the

battery pack voltage with a multimeter as normal working voltage.

Turn off the battery pack, determine the positive and

negative input of the load device or the switch power supply,

connect the positive and negative input of the battery pack to

the corresponding positive and negative input of the load

device or the switch power supply, and again confirm that the

positive and negative terminals are connected correctly, open

the battery pack switch.

1. Connect the line

The installation mode is shown as follows. The positive and

negative electrodes of each parallel battery pack are
connected to the corresponding confluence row respectively,

8
Then connect it from the junction row to the switch power supply.

Schematic diagram of the battery pack

installation

2. Specification and requirements of accessories

Power cable: the upper limit of the battery pack discharge

is 1C, so select the battery parallel connection line to combine

the load and the battery maximum current value;

Copper nose: battery terminals are mostly in the form of

terminal column. In the selection of connecting lines, copper

nose should consider the line diameter and the diameter of the

terminal.

3. Dial code specification

9
Note: Set the code before reset, starting from the address
code "1".

4. Level, joint communication

9
(1) After the installation of the battery pack, the battery

pack should be fully charged before the battery pack is the

first discharge, and then used.

(2) When the battery charge is insufficient, should be

timely charging, this will be beneficial to extend the battery

life, if not timely charging, let the battery long time in a

state of power, will affect the battery life, if the battery

needs a long time, had better make the battery is in a semi-

electric state, and every 2 months for battery charge, 0.2C

current charge 2~3 hours.

(3) The battery pack should be installed in the air

circulation, dry and clean environment. During the charging of

the battery pack, the fire sources and flammable items should not

10
approach and disconnect the load (turn off the electrical

equipment) when charging.

(4) The working environment temperature of the battery pack

is-10~60℃ (the best working environment temperature is 15~35℃),

if the performance of this temperature range, the battery

performance may change, intuitively, the battery capacity change,

or the equipment running time change, which is a normal

phenomenon.

(5) Organic solvents should not be used to clean the battery

shell. In case of accidental battery fire accident, carbon

dioxide should not be used to put out the fire, but fire

extinguishers such as carbon tetrachloride or sand soil should

be used to put out the fire.

(6) The battery is a consumer, the battery life is limited,

please users in the battery capacity performance is lower
than

10
At 80% of the rated capacity, replace the battery in time.

11
In order to prevent battery pack leakage, abnormal heat,
fire, performance, explosion and other things

Therefore, please use the battery pack correctly according to

the following specifications, and the Company, or the company

will not be responsible for any accidents caused by the

failure to operate according to this specification.

(1) Take it gently to avoid violent vibration;

(2) Do not backconnect the positive and negative poles, to

prevent causing short circuit;

(3) Do not put the battery pack into the water or wet it;

(4) Never charge the battery pack under the fire source or
extremely hot conditions! Do not at heat source (such as fire
or heater)

Use or store battery packs nearby;

(5) It is strictly prohibited to puncture the battery pack

shell with nails or other sharp objects, or to hammer or foot

the battery pack;

(6) It is strictly prohibited to decompose the battery pack

and battery in any way;

(7) If the battery pack emits odor, heat, deformation,

discoloration or any other abnormal phenomenon, it should be

immediately removed from the used electrical appliances or the

charger, and stop the use;

12
(8) If the electrolyte is accidentally splashed into the eyes

after the battery pack leaks, do not wipe it, you should

immediately rinse with water, and seek medical assistance in

time in serious cases;

(9) The ambient temperature will affect the discharge capacity.

When the ambient temperature exceeds the standard environment

(25℃± 5℃), the discharge capacity will be slightly reduced;

(10) During the battery pack, if there is odor or abnormal

sound, please stop charging immediately;

(11) If the battery pack during discharge odor, abnormal

sound, please stop discharging immediately

12
electricity;

(12) If the above phenomenon occurs, please contact the

manufacturer, do not dismantle without permission.

(1) In order to ensure the safety of transportation, the

transport vehicle must ensure rain prevention, sunscreen and

theft. The transport vehicle should take corresponding shading,

insulation, fire prevention, shock prevention, leakage

prevention and displacement prevention measures according to

the characteristics of lithium battery products;

(2) Handling and placing lithium battery packaging box

should be used professional equipment and tools, such as

electric forklift, suitable carrying forklift, etc., so as

not to cause damage to the battery pack, should be gently put

gently, strictly prohibited to fall, touch, impact, drag,

rolling and other brutal operation;

(3) The battery pack shall not be transported in the same

vehicle with the spontaneous combustion and flammable

products. The transportation of the battery pack vehicles are

prohibited to take irrelevant personnel, and overload, over-

limit and fireworks are strictly prohibited;

13
(4) The transport vehicles should be equipped with fire

extinguishers. If the emergency brake goods turn at a large

angle, the vehicle personnel should immediately check whether

the car battery is intact;

(5) If the transport battery pack vehicles need to conduct

loading and unloading operations or temporary parking in

crowded or important areas, special personnel shall be

assigned to be responsible for the on-site operation safety

supervision;

(6) Car loading in strict accordance with the packaging mark

arrow, not inverted, side placement;

(7) All transport vehicles need to check the flatness of the

compartment before loading. The floor of the compartment

should not have more than 1cm bump, and the product and the

carriage floor should not have more than 1cm gap. If the gap

is found, the gap needs to be leveled to ensure the stability

of the product during transportation.

13
(1) Lithium batteries should not be stored in the open air,

and should not be stored or displayed in direct sunlight or in

the rain;
