1. Co-Owner - an individual that shares ownership of an asset with another individual or group.

Each co-owner owns a percentage of the asset, although the amount may vary according to the
ownership agreement.

2. Owner/Manager - consist of people that manage the operation of the business. They are
responsible for constructing of the policies and regulations of the company. The owners
construct the strategic plan of the company. They are the decision-making body of the
organization.

3. Sewer - The sewer would be responsible for manufacturing or creating the SXL scrunchies. They
would work with the necessary materials, patterns, and sewing equipment to produce the
scrunchies according to the store’s standards.

4. Packager – Once the scrunchies are sewn, the packager would take over. Their responsibility
would be to neatly package the scrunchies, ensuring they are protected and presented well.
They might also be responsible for adding any labels, tags, or additional packaging materials.

5. Deliverer - After the scrunchies are packaged, the deliverer would take charge of delivering the
orders to customers. They would be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate deliveries,
maintaining good communication with customers, and possibly handling any returns or
exchanges.

6. Moderator - The moderator’s responsibility would involve managing and overseeing various
aspects of the store’s operations, including customer service, inventory management, online
presence, and potentially overseeing the work of other employees. While this role is crucial, it
typically doesn’t involve direct involvement in the production or delivery processes.
