PROFILE:
Audu Alexander Aondona’s career has led him to specialize in Data management, Monitoring
and Evaluation of high impact developmental and humanitarian projects that meets donor’s
demand. He has six years’ cognate experience in monitoring & evaluation of public health
projects funded by U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), United States
Agency for International Development (USAID) and GLOBAL FUND. He is experienced in the
use of result and logical frameworks and demonstrates strong competence in the design and
development of M&E plans as well as developing effective M&E system that promotes data
quality management. Currently, Audu supervises a team of over fifteen facility M&E officers
who are committed to strengthening the iCARES project- a CDC funded project on HIV/TB
prevention, care and treatment/PMTCT. Having taken key roles in many public health projects,
he is familiar with issues concerning healthcare of children, young people and adults with
effective data collection and analysis skills.

KEY EXPERTISE

 Proficient in the use of M&E databases/Electronic Medical Records such as DHIS2,


OpenMRS and NOMIS
 Proficiency in the use of statistical tools such as MICROSOFT Office Suite, STATA,
SPSS and EPI-INFO

 Familiarity with the use of Results Framework, Conceptual frameworks & Logical

Job Title: SURGE M&E Assistant
 Responsibilities:
- Carry out Monthly reporting of community testing on DHIS
Collate LGA-wide PMTCT weekly reports for viral load cohort monitoring
- Provide technical support to the CQI LGA team
- Carry out daily, weekly and monthly surge reporting
- Supports Community testing teams with proper documentation and linkage of positive
clients to ART Surge sites
- Collate Advanced HIV Diseases (AHD) reports for the LGA.
- Coordinate designing, coordinating and conducting project evaluations (mid-term and
end-line), coordinate designing and conducting Post Implementation Monitoring Survey
(PIMS),
- Conduct quarterly Data Quality Assessment (DQA) through Routine on-site data
validation & verification.
- Coordinate monthly programme data review
- Collect, collate and report for Operation Triple Zero (OTZ)
- Works as part of the LGA multidisciplinary team, providing technical support to facility
