Dear Mr. Carbonel,

Good day! Please allow us, Lane Gonzales, Rhys Cabida, and JC Inong from the ‘Peer Facilitator
Circle’ from STI College Global’s student organization to use the kitchen laboratory as well as borrow
some of the listed kitchen equipment on the second page from the custodian for our product taste test
we will be selling in “Froshweek” on Aug. 29-to- Sept 02, 2023.

The purpose for this taste test it to know the right ratio of the ingredients we will be using to
create two (2) delectable and trendy drinks namely Coffee Dalgona and Matcha Dalgona that we will be
selling in our organization booth during the Froshweek to entice new and old students of STI to know
that there is more than learning at our school and of course, encourage them to join our organization.
We hope by selling these trendy refreshments’ that we will be able to collect funds that will be used for
two purposes. First, to allocate a budget for future projects of the Peer Facilitator Circle and second is to
donate in kind to a charity house named “House of Sarah.”

We are hoping from your good office that you will consider our request and help us make our
project for the Froshweek a reality. Thank you so much for your continued support to us students.
