● put 28.5 parts Powersoft 180 into a

mixing tank having simple propeller stirrer.

● add 0.7-0.8 part Glacial acetic acid ( 98%)

and mix for 2 min.

● add 5 parts water and mix for 2 min.

● add 10 parts water and mix for 2 min.

● add 20 parts water and mix for 2 min.

● finally add 35.5 parts water and mix until the

product is homogeneous.

● add 1 g/l Formaline or another suitable preservative.

Storage stablity

Powersoft 180 has a shelf life of at least 8 months if

stored in originally sealed containers at 25 ° C. The
"Best use before end" date of each batch is shown on
the product label.
Concentrates showing signs of creaming should be
stirred before use to assure uniform consistency.
