SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

hereby appoint ____________________________________, Filipino, of legal age, with address in Masin Norte, Candelaria,
Province of Quezon, to be my lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and
perform the following acts and deeds, to wit:

I. Powers to transact before the Home Development Mutual Fund

1. To represent me, sign, execute, submit, and claim any necessary documents and forms with reference
to any transaction before the Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) vis-à -vis my housing loan
under Housing Account No. ______________________________ covering the house and lot located at Block
Lot Venus St., Brylle Residences, Brgy. Masin Sur, Candelaria, Province of Quezon;

2. To pay the amortization and insurance under said account and put his name also under the payee
and claim the corresponding official receipts for and in my behalf;

3. To file, submit the required documents, and claim the mortgage/sales redemption insurance paid
under said account whenever applicable;

4. To restructure said account whenever possible and applicable and to sign and execute the required
documents;

5. To claim the corresponding transfer certificate of title mortgaged with HDMF should the account is
fully paid;

6. To make, sign, execute and deliver documents, agreements and other writings or whatever nature or
kind, necessary to carry on the powers herein granted with any and all third person, concerns and
entities upon terms and condition acceptable to my Attorney-in-Fact;

II. Powers to transact with Magic Four Home Development Corp. and Brylle Residences

7. To represent me, sign, execute, submit, and claim any necessary documents and forms with reference
to any transaction with Magic Four Home Development Corp. vis-à -vis my purchase of the house
and lot located at Block Lot Venus St., Brylle Residences, Brgy. Masin Sur, Candelaria, Province
of Quezon;

8. To take possession of the said house and lot;

9. To pay any payables and claim the corresponding acknowledgment or official receipt;

10. To participate in the formation, organization, and all other activities of such homeowners association
that may be formed;

III. General Powers

11. To represent me in all other transactions before the proper government agencies or private entities
and to sign and execute and necessary documents to give effect to such transaction.

12. To sign and execute any documents, forms, contracts, and deeds for the proper disposition and
conveyance of the said house and lot.
 IV. Revocation of Prior Special Power of Attorney

13. I hereby declare that all prior special power of attorney, authorizations, or instructions given by me
are now hereby revoked effective immediately.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my Attorney-in-Fact, and her duly authorized representative,
necessary power and authority to do and perform any and all other acts and deeds whatsoever requisite and
required to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes, as I might if personally
present and acting in person for purposes of transacting with the Home Development Mutual Fund and/or
Magic Four Home Development Corp. vis-à -vis the abovementioned housing unit.

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFORMING all that my Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to
be done under and by virtue of these presents.
