Supply Chain Finance Position

Job Overview
We are looking for a SCF to support the Head of Production and Supply Operations as a trusted co-
pilot within the Production and Supply Chain leadership team on a day-to-day basis.

Job Summary:
• Perform product costing for all locally manufactured and Imported Products
• Responsible for inventory accounting for the entity and ensuring compliance with
Financial Reporting Standards.
• Work closely with Procurement function on procurement Finance related topics.
• Ensure clear control, visibility, and Management of Fixed Assets
• Ensure execution of periodic Inventory count and work closely with respective
stakeholders to identify gaps, if any, with corrective actions
• Provide reliable and timely financial reports and analysis to manufacturing team to
support decision-making.
• Ensure Bill of Materials (BOM) integrity within the manufacturing process.
• Seek, identify, and drive cost improvement opportunities, validate, and review proposed
savings.
• Coordinate yearly Capex cycle and manage the Capex process.

Required Skills & Experience:

• The ideal candidate would have a Masters/bachelor’s degree in finance/Accounting or
related field.
• Candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICA/ACCA).
• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles
• Experience in FMCG/Pharma/Manufacturing will be preferred.
• Experience in Supply Chain Finance/Factory Finance/Inventory Finance is an added
advantage.
• ERP Expertise especially in Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP

Salary and Benefits

• Gh¢ 10,000 – 15,000 per month
