This is to convey my intention to continue my degree Doctor of Philosophy-
Major in Educational Leadership and Management at the Apayao State College,
Conner, Apayao this First Semester, S.Y. 2023 - 2024 from August 26, 2023 to
January 6, 2024 under Study Permit No. __________.
This Institution where I intend to pursue / continue my studies is
approximately 75kms from my residence with a travel time of 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Hereunder are the subjects I intend to enroll in:
