DO
 Ensure pre use inspection before starting the machine on every shift
 Keep the safety labels on the machine in good condition
 Use Emergency stop button to off the machine in case of emergency situation.
 Ensure all coating and solvent removed from the metal before cutting
 Keep all electrical and electronic unites in vibration free area.
 All doors and gates to be closed before starting the operation
 The operator should be equipped with proper PPE.
 Ensure periodical maintenance for the machine as per the manufacturer guidelines.
 In any abnormality found need to be informed to P&M team for further process.

DON’T
 Don’t stack flammable materials near to hot work area.
 Don’t keep gas valve in open condition when not in use.
 Don’t bypass any safety devices
 Don’t do unauthorised operation & modifications.
 Don’t operate machine while gas leak.
