    Account Receivable process O2C :

    Working in applications such as Oracle, Sage & Lara for invoicing.


    Had Part of Pilot process batch for new transition of new agencies
    Responsible for Creating the receipts by fatching Bank statement from bank site, Refund
    activity, chargeback, various types of invoice creations.
    Preparation and maintaining the vendor master data.
    Having daily interaction with vendor as well as agency colluges to maintain SLA and
    solving the problem.
    Responsible for posting and rectification entries in the system.
    Responsible for preparing SOPs for all the process related to AR & standardized
    the process.
    Responsible for sending daily, weekly and monthly report about the status of the
    Unapplied and Unidentified receipts pending to management.
    Solely responsible for migration of Costa Rica cluster & Dominican onboarded process
    successfully.
    Played essential role in the knowledge transfer calls and implemented
    process successfully.

    Achievements & Awards

    - Rewarded with Gem award, there was an transition has been transferred from GL to AR & I've played
    solely significant role to learnt process quickly and stabiled the process successfully in very short time.

    - Rewarded with Mega Star Award for quality and performance maintaining 100% quality throughout the year.

    - was rewarded with the Samurai Award for continuously coordinating with an agency colleague to decrease
    the number of UNA in the Hispaniola cluster.
