Our model represents the nearest possible better future for most individuals,
especially of third world countries. People of the world are currently facing
various problems like no parking area, traffic issues, global warming,
overpopulation, lack of proper production of mass electricity, unmanaged
settlement and unplanned urbanization. Even the most common problems like
slow internet speed and lack of tourism areas have been tackled in this vision of
a better world of ours. The hospitals and schools of our model have adequate
spaces for them. Henceforth, there are adequate parks and fields near them.
There are enough windmills and solar panels near the settlement area so enough
electricity is produced for everyone. There are no slum areas in this world,
meaning people earn enough income to fulfill their needs and aspirations. The
education and health services are free of cost. Since the needs of people are
fulfilled, the crime rate is extremely low. There are metro stations which are
extremely cheap. These metros are electrically-powered. The vehicles are also
electrically-powered. The apartments are vertical and hence consume less space
and are practical. There are parks and ponds nearby for a calm and aesthetic
environment. For vegetation purposes, terrace farming has been opted. There is
also this space near the hill for the same purpose. To tackle the issues of traffic,
HoV lane i.e. High Occupancy Lanes are made. These lanes are made
specifically to tackle the issues of large numbers of private vehicles as these
lanes allow vehicles to have an occupancy of at least 2 people. This will reduce
the amount of private vehicles running on the road and will help manage the
traffic efficiently. There is an availability of fast lanes as well where ambulances
and medical emergency vehicles are only allowed. For the purpose of tourism
development, ponds and view towers have been built.

Though people usually envision a world filled with AI as a better world, however
we feel that that kind of world would not be very practical. That future is very far-
fetched. The problems of the basic levels should be properly focused and solved
before looking at those advanced ones. If even the simplest of facilities are not
provided efficiently, let alone those advanced, futuristic ambitions.
