In the near future, I want to become a nurse. Maybe there are some abilities or skills I’ve,

communication, because in the communication it involves the combination of skills including

Answer:
Each person possesses each intelligence to an extent, but there is always a primary, or
more dominant, intelligence.

Answer:
Extraordinarily motivated people are driven to go above and beyond; they are trusted by others,
focused and have great confidence in their own abilities. They dream of endless possibilities, and
tend to be extremely satisfied with their lives.
2. What behaviors show that a person is poorly motivated or not motivated at all to work at something?
Answer:
Individual differences are the ways in which people differ from each other. Every member of an
organization has its own way of behavior. It is important for managers to understand individual
differences because they influence the feelings, thoughts, and behavior of employees.

Answer:
Well for me as a student and as a dreamer ,In order for me to reach my goals in life, then learn
to think any ways to support your studies like, work hard or try to find any part time job so u can help
them also yourself to pursue your dreams.

Achievement Tests
I classify those situation above as a group of Achievement test because, it measures what has
been learned within a specific period of time.
I classify those situation above as a group of Mental Ability Tests because, it measures one’s
level mental ability or also known as IQ test.
Aptitude test
I classify those situation above as a group of Aptitude Test because, it measures the
inclination of individual towards certain specific areas and it determines what particular field
or work an individual would most possibly be successful at.
Personality Tests
I classify those situation above as a group of Personality Tests because, it measures facets
of personality, some of which are attitudes, perceptions, interests, psychological aberrations,
personality disorders, and the like.

Informal Assessment1. Marilyn could not understand Mrs. Santos’ instructions on cooking “tinola” Because
of this, Mrs. Santos says that Marilyn has a low intellectual quotient.
Formal Assessment2. Three hundred high school graduates were seeking admission to University of XYZ
Formal Assessment3. Dr. Lopez suggests that his patient, Jun, see a psychologist so that he could be
subjected to a test measuring his level of anxiety. He wants to make sure that the high blood pressure level

asked Pete, “Why are you doing bad things to your classmates?” Pete replied, “Because I do not like them.”
Formal Assessment9. A company requires its employees to have a positive attitude towards work. Hence,
as a part of the screening and selection process, the human resource personnel administer a test that
measures work ethic, work habits and work attitudes. Results of the test serve as basis for the best decision
to accept the applicant or not.
Formal Assessment10.Marlon can correctly solve mathematics problems in class at a faster rate than his
classmates can. Marlon himself is very much aware of his skill. Because of this, he believes that he has a
very high IQ. He also think that in the future, he will be a successful engineer.

Ans:
More than one and it tells to me or to every individual that assessments are very important,
because it gathers relevant information about student performance or progress, or to
determine student interests to make judgments about this learning process.
2. Which situation show the person assessing his/her own self?
Ans:
For me the situation number 10.
3. What conditions are present in a formal assessment? How about in informal one?
Ans:
Formal assessment have data which support the conclusion made from the test, while
Informal assessments are not data driven but rather content and performance driven. For
example, running records are informal assessment, because they indicate how well student
is reading a specific book.

ACTIVITY 1: SELF-INTROSPECTION

your plans to move on to the next level? How are you going to go about it?

The only steps I can attain on my goal is to study hard and achieved my goal in life
because that was the only thing I can give back or repay my parents sacrifices.

Answer:
For me I will choose the four P’s the Perseverance, Patience, Persistence and Passion
because it will help, me to equip my skills and confidence to achieve my goal
