you are being taught.

Discussion
In this respect, it is worth noting that the relevance of aesthetics is founded on the importance
that it has on learning (Sweller 2019). That is justified by the fact that aesthetics impact students’
ability to learn and integrate the contents of learning they are being taught by making them have
ability to understand, relate as well as connect the contents they are learning to real life
encounters (Towers & Towers 2018). In the same way it is important in helping students have a
better understanding of the curriculum they are being taught at school is that, it increases the
capacity of the students to have a better and improved cognitive abilities which enables them to
understand the contents they are being taught (Park 2019). Apart from that the integration of
aesthetics in curriculum definitely has contribution to the positive interaction between the
students and their learning environment (Howard & Gutworth 2020). That is because, it

13
transforms the environment to be conducive for learning hence making the learning environment
encourage discovery and exposure to learning capabilities (Gupta 2019). It is worth noting that,
incorporation of aesthetics in the curriculum work to promote students` ability to perform in their
studies and understanding of their environment (Gauthier 2019). That is by giving the students
room to have the right motivation towards learning as well as to increase their curiosity on
seeking knowledge and information. Hence integration of aesthetics in the learning process of
students does have role in influencing their approach to learning as well as appreciation of the
learning process (Tarigan, Buwono & Redjeki 2019). That is because, it encourages the students
to be cognitively alert and adopt learning approaches that have gainful outcomes on their
learning

Conclusion
While the perspective on the role that aesthetics play in enhancing student curriculum is diverse
and characterized with supporting and opposing opinions. It is worth appreciating that those who
perceived aesthetics to have immense role in the learning outcomes of students are significantly
many (Gauthier 2020). This is supported by findings made in this analysis after an investigation
into the subject. As a result of this, it has to be appreciated that the importance of aesthetics in
the learning process of students cannot be ignored and its relevance cannot be downplayed (Del
Gobbo 2020).
