1. Prepare Return Item Information

If you are using a printer

Print out the return ID (a bar code) which is displayed at the bottom of this page.
If you are not using a printer

See Return Items Without a Printer Help page and prepare any other return item information (i.e., bar code, shipping label, etc.)

Or you can write the return ID down which is displayed at the bottom of this page.
2. Pack
Pack the return ID number or alternative information with the return items.
3. Return the package

Request the return by either of the following methods.

Return items using the carrier’s parcel service (only for domestic returns)

Please fill in the return address in the “ship-to” field of the carrier's invoice. The ship-to phone number is not required.
Using Japan Post Pickup Service (only for domestic returns)

Important:

In the following cases, we may not be able to process a refund in a timely manner or may send you back the items with shipping charge on
delivery for being ineligible to issue a refund.
The condition of the returned item doesn't match to the return reason you selected at Online Returns Center.
There’s missing return information (e.g. return ID number), part, or accessories for the returned item.
The returned item is not the one you chose to return.
The item was returned to a different address from the one indicated during the return process.
