Job Description:
• Perform overall quality control inspections and material inspection and report regularly.
• Responsible for all aspects of scope of work across all phases of project design reviews including conceptual,
FEED, detail design.
• Studying a design brief and provide the technical design solutions and coordinating with related departments.
• Preparing the buisness master plan accordingly with CAPEX/OPEX.
• Developing standards with gap analysis to DEP’s.
• Preparing the Project Quality Index (PQI), Key Performance Index (KPI)& Dashboard report on monthly basis.
• Preparing reports, designs and drawings, making calculations for loads and stresses.
• Developing the Civil/Architectural master plan.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
• Design and maintain the construction technical design and prepare supplier data and interpret all contract
plans and specification and coordinate with all contractors to resolve issues in processes.
• Oversee all engineering processes in construction projects and provide subject matter expertise as per
requirement and perform regular tests on procedure to ensure compliance to all regulations and evaluate all
designs and drawings before implementation.
• Performing a risk assessment and analyzing current risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting the
company.
• Supervise/Monitor the civil construction work at project site, which includes excavation, waterproofing,
infrastructure.
• Prepare physical layout for the construction projects and coordinate with project manager to administer
and maintain all contracts and purchase orders.
• Interacting daily withthe clients to interpret their needs and requirements andrepresenting them in the field.
• Cooperate andcommunicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide
assistance and technical support.
• Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and
specifications
