Reflection of HIHF

Highlight: The significance of good communication, the benefit of self-reflection, and the
influence of development mindset were the main lessons learned from this week's learning
activities. Actively listening, presenting views clearly, and promoting frank discussion are all
necessary for effective communication. Making better judgments and growing personally are all
made possible via self-reflection. Adopting a growth mindset entails having faith in one's
capacity to progress, persevering despite difficulties, and looking for chances to learn and grow.

Insight: After giving these ideas some thought, I concluded that effective communication
involves more than simply information transmission—it also involves fostering relationships and
