Giới thiệu bản thân INTRODUCE MYSELF

My name is Dũng, I’am 27 years old. I used to work in the joint venture of
Cienco 4 Group - Sumitomo Mitsui Constructions, Project: Metro Line 1 Ben
Thanh – Suoi Tien, in position Quality Control Engineer. Now my last job is:
Sales Manager of Bao Tin Steel. The main goods of Bao Tin Steel are: steel
plate, black steel pipe, galvanized Steel pipe, in that work, I have experience
like: finds new customer, keep relationship with old customer, find new suppier,
review contract, make a deal with customer, research the market and competitor
and making strategy plan, income plan in order to imported the products, buying
and sales. In 2022, my team and me made great efforts to supply goods to many
projects like: Lotte Mall Tay Ho, Metro Line 1 Ho Chi Minh City, Son Dương
Port in Hà Tĩnh,…

2. Kinh nghiệm làm việc bản thân


In Metro Line 1 project, I monitoring quality and quantity of Shape Steel about
20,000 tons. And in Bao Tin Steel, I have experience like: Receive information
and make quotation, Keep relationship with old customer, search new customer
and news suppliers, review the contract. When get a deal, I arrange
transportation until the ends. I always focus research the market and competitor,
then making strategy plan in order to import the products, buy and sale
products.

3. Quá trình học tập tại đại học.


I graduated Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, my major is Infrastructure
of Transportation in 5 years. I was learned about build the high way, the road
and the bridge. In process of university make me have knowledge of civil
engineer, the quality and standard of material. This knowledge support me a
lot of when I sales product of steel for big construction project in Vietnam.

The human is not perfect, so I have to improve somethings, like:
1. Increase relationships with suppliers and projects to gain understanding of the
domestic market, in order to have a better analysis of each order, or the sales
plan of company.
2. Find out more about the goods, about the applicable standards, the habits of
using the goods of the partners.

5. Những khó khăn ở công việc đang làm?/ Difficulties in the current job?
I have some hard situations in job like: feedback of clients is not good or face to
big order with difficult requirements.
I always were confident and optimistic when facing difficulties and troubles. I
already cooperated with colleague and my leader to find important point quickly
and fix it right now. When I have the problems I think it’s chance to make
myself better. Finally, set rules for myself for do not repeat problem in future.

5. Thế mạnh của bạn là gì? STRENGTH


Being a Sales person always requires a combination of skills to close a sale and
keep relationship with customers, So I have some strengths as:
- I am proactive in work, search more clients and new order for company.
- More, I have understanding the buying behavior, understanding the steel
market, what customers need and find ways to response orders.
- I like build brand of company and introduce it to customers.
- I can research the habits of buying for make clients filter, care about
customers.

Hanwa SMC Steel was big brand in Việt Nam. The main activities are
fabricating and trading cold rolled steel, hot rolled steel, stainless steel and high-
grade coated steel for supporting industries and precision fabrication industry in
the fields of electronics, cars, aviation, construction, …
Base on a combination between 2 big steel company is advantage because
Hanwa SMC Hà Nội have great experience and great understanding market in
steel fields. In the future, all of industries will hot develop so the demand of
customer will grow up day by day. Present, Hanwa SMC Hà Nội have big
customer like Panasonic, Sanyo, Daikin. That prove Hanwa SMC have
confidence of customer and big market share. Finally, I think Hanwa SMC will
become a leading position, a leading brand for this products.

SPHC – thép cuộn cán nóng –JIS G3131.
Cơ khí dầu khí: SS400-A36-A572-SM490YA
Ứng dụng: Steel pipe, the Duct, Water Tank, Petrol tank, Boiler, electrical
cabinet.
SAE is system evaluate grade steel, normally, we have SAE with 4 number,
base on chemical composition to classify steel.
HSS Steel: great hardness, durability, good oxidation resistance, high heat
resistance.

- I studied about engineer, so I want to work in steel sales related to my
expertise, I also have knowledge about steel, steel market so I want to continue
to promote my strengths and experience in steel sales, I'm passion with steel and
want to find 1 job with long-term commitment.
- Increasingly selling large orders, challenging more big order.
- If the company hires me, I will bring my knowledge and enthusiasm to the
goals of company.
