SAMPLE 1 – HISTORY TAKING (MS Teams)

Construct: The candidate demonstrates an ability to carry out a


structured ophthalmic history of a patient presenting with
symptoms suggestive of scleritis, is able to make a provisional
diagnosis and explains to the patient the nature of the condition
and its management including referral.

slit lamp examination of a patient presenting with symptoms
suggestive of dry eye.

of the adnexa and anterior eye

and stability
