Explanation for study permit refusal

UCI: 1132973512
Application number : S305853778

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph
R216(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/ section-
216.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave
Canada, based on the following factors :

• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the
details you have provided in your application.

Dear Visa Officer,

I would like to share my thoughts on the visa refusal term the respected visa officer stated in my
visa refusal letter.I have already stated clearly in my Study Plan that my intention is to
temporarily visit Canada and pursue my undergraduate education.Once I complete my degree
in Bachelors of Science in Engineering program from University of Manitoba , I plan to return to
Bangladesh and work in a well renowned engineering company in Bangladesh.

I always dreamt of studying in University of Manitoba and I can assure you that after completing
my education I will come back to Bangladesh.Canadian certificates are highly valued by
companies in Bangladesh , so a certificate from University of Manitoba will be of great value to
me as it will highly boost my employability rate.

I would therefore request you to investigate my application further, as the claim based on which
you have rejected my application are not relevant to my application. With due respect kindly
investigate this matter and refer me to the most immediate of actions .

Kind regards,
MD Mehrabul Islam Mahin
