Kudrinsss22 Hi!

We have lost the login and password of the user administrator on the TP1500
Comfort panel.

Prompt how to restore access to the user!?

Is it possible to add a new admin user to the Runtime?

Last visit: 3/13/2023 If yes you can change it in project and then download to panel.

We don't have a WINCC project. 

 This panel has been working for 2 years already.

Is there any other action?

There is a way...
Joined: 5/28/2008 First, you should work with "Prosave" tool. and also TIA .. 
Last visit: 3/13/2023 Then,
Posts: 4377 1. Launch this tool and select the panel type (TP1500), and select the
Rating: communication method between PC and HMI
2. go to backup and select complete backup with licenses.

3. Save this backup on your PC "Original backup"
4. Then Open WinCC TIA Comfort SW and create a project.. Just a project with
blank screens, then go to user admistration and define the new password lists
you want.
5. Download this new project on the TP1500
6. Then back to prosave and select backup and select User admistration
7. Save this backup on your PC "New Passwords"
8. In Prosave, Go to restore, browse "Original backup" and download on
TP1500.
9. Then make another restore by browsing "User admistration"backup and
download on TP1500.
That's it.
