On:
- Days of the week
- Complete Dates (Month + day) (Month + day + year)

In:
- Incomplete Dates (Only the month) (Only the year)
- The Parts of the Day: In the morning, the afternoon, the evening
- Seasons: Summer / Fall / Winter / Spring

At:
- Hour
- Holidays (Christmas, New Year, Halloween, Thanksgiving)
- The Parts of the Day: At noon, at night, at midnight

Examples:

I don’t drive my car on Fridays.


I don’t work on Sundays.
- What do you do on weekends?

- When is your birthday?


My birthday is on January 29th.
My birthday is in May.

We don’t work at Christmas in Jamestown.


We work at Halloween.

- What time do you wake up on weekdays?


I wake up at 6:00am.
I wake up at 4:00am

From… To…  They express the start/finish of an action.
