I. OBJECTIVE
The purpose of this construction method statement is to outline and describe in the sequence of works in
detail, to be strictly executed and complied by all concerned contractors to ensure complete, safe, and quality
implementation from preparation up to completion and lessen, if not avoid, rendering rectification works
later on. Works shall be carried out in compliance with the drawings, project specifications, and materials.
II. PREPARATION
1 Site Condition
1.1 Provide Layout to the perimeter of Door jamb to be chipped
1.2 Detached all door accessories especially hinges and door closer

2.2 Signed- Off Notice for Inspection
Site boundaries must be well defined. MEP installations must be checked and approved. Site must be clear
from debris and materials by other trade contractors. All tools, materials, and consumables necessary for
installation should be hauled out from storage and securely placed in the dry area of the designated work
space.

V. EXECUTION
VI. Protection
1. Provide warning signs, protective barriers, and warning lights as necessary
adjacent to the work as approved or required. Maintain these items during
the demolition period.
2. Undertake no demolition work until all mechanical and electrical services in
service either permanently or temporarily in a manner that will not interfere
with the operation of the remaining facilities.
3. Provide dust control
VII. Inspection
1. Contractor will request for the inspection at every phase of the work.
2. Contractor will request for the final acceptance of the floor finish.
