Project Scope
OVERVIEW
We want more kids on bikes and what a better way to get the whole family involved.
Unconsciously, children mirror their parents, so it is only appropriate to bring along the
parents. We have mountains, trails, and open spaces, perfect for riding, away from traffic
and electronics.
Don’t know how to ride a bike? Don’t have a bike? That’s all right! We got you and your
family covered!
Well let’s get started, limited availability. Enrollment will begin April 1, 2022 through April 25,
2022.
2. Project Scope
Our goals are to encourage families to exercise and explore their backyards. Our
rural community offers many trails away from the busy highways. We cannot
make this possible without the help of consistent attendance, dedicated from the
families and taking proper care of the issued bikes.
3. Deliverables
We are dedicated to get families outside their comfort zones, gain confidence, and give back
to their community.
All while having fun and safely exploring their surroundings.
All families will be educated on the basics of bike maintenance (on and off the trails).
Learn the basics of riding; balancing, braking, and body positions (uphill and downhill trails).
Learn the basics of trail building and trail maintenance.
Learn the basics of first aid and bicycle safety.
Bikes for the whole family!
