On the week of OJT as a new member of the DRRM department, I was assigned a simple task which is to
guard the employee doorway and guide the students to the right entrance.
And also assist the student if they need help.

July 06 - 07, 2023
On my second day of OJT((June,28 holiday)), I continued my work in the DRRM department by
assisting students in the gymnasium. My role involved guiding and helping students as they
navigated the various activities and procedures taking place in the gym. I was able to provide
support and ensure that students had a positive experience.

July 10 - 14, 2023

On my third duty at OJT, I continued to guide students through the medical test procedures
required for enrollment. My responsibilities included managing the lines to ensure order and
providing assistance to students in need of help. Through my efforts, I was able to contribute to
the smooth operation of the enrollment process and ensure that students were able to complete
their medical tests successfully.

July 17 - 21
I returned to my OJT duties ,after recovering from a cold. On this day, I was assigned to work
outside of the gymnasium, near the school clinic where the medical tests were now being
conducted in two different areas. My responsibilities included guiding and assisting students as
they completed steps 2, 3, 4, and 5 of the medical test procedures

My responsibilities remained the same as the previous day, guiding and assisting students as they
completed steps 2, 3, 4, and 5 of the medical test procedures., I was able to provide support and

we were assigned to the gymnasium to guide students and help the student to provide the
information they need to proceed with medical tests.
And also report on the radio to all stations within the ZPPSU campus at exactly 3 pm

I learned to public speak, which greatly increase my confident in speaking in public and sharing
information using the radio.
