The purpose of this MoU is to identify a framework of cooperation and

partnership between two parties. It will help both the below-mentioned

parties and hence bring forth multiple mutual benefits. It is signed
between the following parties on 21st August 2023 for the session 2023-
24. It is valid till 21st August 2024.

Party 1: Entrepreneurship Cell, ABESEC

Party 2: Entrepreneurship Cell, KIET

PROVISIONS MADE BY ENTREPRENEURSHIP CELL, ABESEC

(PARTY 1):
1. Social Media Marketing of the events being organized by Party across
platforms like Whatsapp, and Instagram including stories and message
broadcasts.
2. Update each other about all upcoming events for better collaborative
teamwork.
3. 2 Contingents for online and offline events.
4. Providing 40 followers on Instagram.
5. Providing 40 followers on Linkedin.
6. Conducting collaborative events or having involvement in major
events to aid the partner organisation.

PROVISIONS MADE BY ENTREPRENEURSHIP CELL, KIET

(PARTY 2):

1. Social Media Marketing of the events being organized by the party across
platforms like Whatsapp, and Instagram including stories and message
broadcasts.

The parties of this Memorandum, through their duly authorized

representatives, have executed this document and certify that they
have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions.
Should there be any dispute related to any aspect of this cooperation,
both parties will jointly resolve it to continue the collaboration.
