2) You are instructed to complete the readmission process as directed below on or before July 31st
2023.
3) Fill in all the details and submit the readmission form mentioned herewith (google form link). Please
ensure to provide accurate information, as the same will be uploaded on the Government portal for
University records.

The students are to Print, Fill and Sign the Readmission fee undertaking, Readmission
acceptance form, and anti-ragging Affidavit by the Student (On 100 rupees Stamp Paper
Only) and anti-ragging Affidavit by the Parent (On 100 rupees Stamp Paper
Only) attached along this email.
The scanned copy of the same should be uploaded on the Readmission Google form. Students
shall submit physical forms on the resumption of campus.
4) Ensure Fee payment for the 2023-2024 on or before 31st July 2023. In addition to it, clear the
previous year balance fees payment, if any.

Mode of Fees Payment*
1) The fees need to be payable in any of the two options.
Through Online Banking (NEFT/ IMPS / RGTS )
Demand Draft to be drawn in favor of Ajeenkya DY Patil University payable at Pune.
* Please note that no other mode of payment are accepted, subject to the written permission &
final decision of the Dean of the School.
Please attach the payment details (transaction slip) as well as the ADYPU Fees Receipt along with the
readmission form. Kindly ensure that the Transaction ID and date of payment are clearly visible in the
transaction slip.
5) Those who have availed educational loan and require the bank loan demand letter and other
documentation from the University, please email to Student Support Division
(priya.abraham@adypu.edu.in) for the same on or before July 31 st, 2023.
6) Please note that the fees need to be paid in full instalment. Please note that there are no sub-
instalments.
7) The date of receipt of odd semester fees details shall be considered as the date of readmission for
the odd term semester. The date of the odd semester registration on Google Form shall be
considered as the start date for your academics and continuous evaluation performance.
8) If you have an existing backlog (reappear) of any last odd semester courses or you want to improve
the grades, you can also register for those courses in odd term of 2023-24 with an additional
amount of reappear fees.
9) Inform your Academic Coordinator about the backlog courses/ improvement courses, you want to
appear. Attach the fees paid receipts.
11) Only after completion of all the above formalities, the student will be considered eligible to do the
credit registration and further academic engagements. The student will be responsible for any
academic loss, such as not attending classes as well as assessment, on account of not fulfilling
the readmission eligibility.
