Making Cinnamon Roll With

Saccharomyces cerevisiae

1. METHOD

a. Time and Venue:


This project was done in 29 December 2022 (4 Hours). The place of making the Cinnamon roll
was in Depok, Indonesia, Earth, Bimasakti.

b. Ingredients:
Bread:
-250 gr bread flour
-88 gr all-purpose flour
-8 gr of instant yeast
-5 gr of salt
-50 gr sugar
-1 egg
-165 gr liquid milk
-50 gr large unsalted butter
-¼ tsp cinnamon powder

Sugar Sprinkle:
-45 gr brown sugar
-3 gr cinnamon powder
-25gr of unsalted butter for greasing

Cream Cheese Glaze:


-100 gr cream cheese
-50 gr powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
-2 tablespoons of liquid milk

c. Materials:
-mixer
-oven
-teaspoon
-tablespoon
-bowl
-knife
-towel
-plate
