Objectives: To gather feedback on the sensory attributes of the product, to determine the overall
level of liking or disliking of the sample among consumers, and to provide valuable insights and
data to inform product development and potential improvements based on consumer preferences.

Sample Description: We used Sun Reo Vanilla Sandwich Cookies as a sample.

Major Findings:

Consumer testing provides valuable insights into consumers' opinions, preferences, and
behaviors regarding the product. In this test, we used the Sun Reo Vanilla Cookie Sandwich as a
sample to assess its acceptability among consumers. We had 100 consumers evaluate the
product.

Based on the findings, the mean score for the first question, which asks about overall liking or
disliking of the sample, is 11.875. For the second question, which assesses the overall attributes
of the product, the mean scores for color, aroma, texture, creaminess, and sweetness are 14.286.
The mean scores for overall flavor, milkiness, mouthfeel, and aftertaste are 12.5, while the mean
score for size is 11.11. In the third question, which evaluates the overall sensory attributes, the
mean scores for color, creaminess, and milkiness are 25. The mean scores for overall flavor,
aroma, texture, and aftertaste are 20, while the mean score for mouthfeel is 19.4. The mean score
for sweetness is 19.6, and the mean score for size is 33.33.

Among the sample of 100 consumers, 38 expressed a moderate level of liking for the Sun Reo
Vanilla Cookie Sandwich. A substantial number of consumers rated several attributes as "just
right." Specifically, 75 consumers found the color of the cookie sandwich to be satisfactory, while
65 consumers were pleased with the overall flavor. Additionally, 61 consumers rated the
creaminess of the sandwich positively, and 56 consumers found the milkiness to be at an optimal
level.

However, there were attributes that fell short of meeting the preferences of some consumers.
More than 15 consumers expressed that the sweetness of the cookie sandwich was insufficient,
indicating a desire for a stronger or more pronounced sweetness. Similarly, 17 consumers felt
that the mouthfeel of the cookie sandwich was too light, suggesting a preference for a denser or
more substantial texture. On a positive note, the size of the cookie sandwich received positive
feedback, with 74 consumers considering it to be perfectly proportioned, rating it as "just right."

In summary, based on the feedback from this sample of consumers, the Sun Reo Vanilla Cookie
Sandwich garnered moderate overall liking. While attributes such as color, flavor, creaminess,
and milkiness were well-received by a significant number of consumers, improvements may be
considered regarding sweetness and mouthfeel to better meet consumer preferences. The size
of the cookie sandwich was generally perceived as appropriate by the majority of consumers.
