Pihak universiti merakamkan ucapan tahniah di atas kejayaan saudara menamatkan pengajian di UTM dengan jayanya. Sukacita
dimaklumkan saudara dijemput ke Majlis Konvokesyen Ke-64 (MK64) seperti berikut :-

IMPORTANT

1. This invitation must be read with the Rules and Conditions of Graduands Attending the UTM Convocation Ceremony and other
information on the convocation website.
2. MK64 is held physically in compliance with strict SOPs set by MKN and MOH such as physical distance and wearing of face
masks.
3. Graduands who will attend must watch the rehearsal video provided on the convocation website to ensure the ceremony runs
smoothly.
4. Only Graduands who have been vaccinated with two (2) complete doses and with low risk are allowed to attend. For
graduands who cannot be vaccinated due to certain factors, they must obtain a vaccine exemption certificate from the MOH and
must undergo a pre-event test using a self-test kit (saliva) during registration.
5. To ensure that physical distance can be implemented, only GRADUANDS are invited to attend.
6. Registration of attendance during the ceremony is through UTMSmart application on your smartphone. Please download
the application. Graduands are requested to check-in before entering DSI fully dressed in convocation robes.
7. Graduands must enter the UTM JB campus through Pintu Ladang (Gate 3) only and report at Dataran UTM between the hours
of 0630-0715hrs for the morning session and 1315-1400hrs for the afternoon session. Please display the entrance pass on the
vehicle dashboard. From Dataran UTM all graduands will be taken to DSI by taking the bus provided.
8. Self -driving graduands are allowed to park at designated places. Meanwhile, for graduands sent by others, that party is asked to
leave the campus area as soon as they drop off the graduands and pick up the graduands back after the ceremony ends.
9. Graduands who attend will be provided with face masks and hand sanitation kits when reporting at Dataran UTM. Graduands
MUST wear the face mask provided.
10. For graduands with special needs, please contact the secretariat by filling in the K6 form available on the UTM convocation
website.
