 Accessibility and basic infrastructure


It is easily Accessible to the guest, employees and even supplier.
 Competition
The Dunkin Donut is located in Barangay 4, San Francisco Highway and its main competitor, such
as Mac Donald and Jollibee, are from the enterprise

2. What are the Strategies adopted for identifying the location?

 Dunkin Donut select a location that is convenient for customers ,suppliers and employees
 A busy area with a high volume of traffic
 Location close to traffic and busy area where many people pass by
 A convenient parking lot
 Close to the buildings

3. What are types of layout?

Many new features have been added to modernized design to create a welcoming environment for guests.
The tangible service is fast and accurate; the customer’s wants and need are met and completed quickly, the
physical goods (building, tables convenient parking lot, and food itself), as well as the location of the enterprise,
are all suitable for business.

4. What are physical facilities existing for example line lightning ventilators, type of building etc.

Ventilators, line lightning, Wi-Fi, flat screen television, e-pay, advertising menu and kitchen equipment are
found in the Dunkin Donut fast food restaurant. I enjoy the atmosphere at the enterprise and feel ease there .their
common room has own dryer.
